比较几种鱼粉替代原料对仔猪生长性能的影响

摘  要：
研究比较三种鱼粉替代产品:大米酶解蛋白、牛血酶解蛋白和大豆酶解蛋白在仔猪日粮中3.5%等量替代鱼粉,研究三种鱼粉替代处理组日粮对仔猪生产性能、毛色、腹泻指数和小肠形态的影响。试验将240头健康仔猪随机分为4个处理组,即对照组(鱼粉组)、处理组Ⅰ(大米酶解蛋白组)、处理组Ⅱ(牛血酶解蛋白组)、处理组Ⅲ(大豆酶解蛋白组),试验期24 d。结果表明,与对照组相比,各鱼粉替代处理组对仔猪生产性能、腹泻指数和小肠形态无显著影响(P>0.05)。说明三种鱼粉替代原料在仔猪日粮中应用效果与鱼粉相比是相似的,可等量替代鱼粉使用量。

摘  要：
The experiment was conducted to study to compare three kinds of fishmeal substitute products, rice enzymatic protein, bovine blood enzymatic protein and soybean enzymatic protein equivalent of fish meal by 3.5% in the diet. The objectives of this experiment were to evaluate the effectsofproduction performance, coat, diarrhea index,gut morphology of piglet. A total of 240 weaning healthy piglets were assigned to four groups randomly. The control group(fishmeal group), the treatment groupⅠ(rice enzymatic protein group), the treatment group Ⅱ(bovine blood enzymatic protein group), the treatment group Ⅲ(soybean enzymatic protein group), piglets were experimented for 24 d.The results showed that there were no differences between fishmeal substitutes treatments and fishmeal group for growth performance, diarrhea index, gut morphology of piglet(P>0.05). In conclusion, the explain that between the three fishmeal substitute materials and fishmeal effect were similar in the piglet diet, which could be used in an equal amount to replace fishmeal.
