摘  要:
研究了脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇(Deoxynivalenol,DON)对BALB/c小鼠的毒性作用。结果表明:DON对BALB/c小鼠的LD_(50)为3.3 mg/(kg·bw)。0.6 mg/(kg·bw)和2.4 mg/(kg·bw)DON组小鼠体重和采食量显著低于对照组和0.15 mg/(kg·bw)DON组;2.4 mg/(kg·bw)DON组肝脏、肾脏和脾脏系数显著高于对照组和0.15 mg/(kg·bw)DON组。病理组织学结果显示,2.4 mg/(kg·bw)DON组肝脏组织表面有白色坏死灶,肝细胞间质出现红细胞浸润;肾脏明显肿大,肾小管管腔狭窄,肾小球萎缩。与对照组相比,2.4 mg/(kg·bw)DON组淋巴细胞百分比显著下降;单核细胞百分比、中性粒细胞百分比和红细胞压积显著升高;脾脏CD4~+/CD8~+也显著低于对照组和0.15 mg/(kg·bw)DON组。可见,2.4 mg/(kg·bw)DON可对BALB/c小鼠造成显著的肝脏、肾脏毒性以及免疫抑制作用。

摘  要:
The toxic effect of deoxynivalenol(DON) on BALB/c mice was studied.The results showed that the acute LD_(50)dosage of DON was 3.3 mg/(kg·bw).The body weight and feed intake of 0.6,2.4 mg/(kg·bw)DON treatment groups were significantly lower than those of the control and 0.15 mg/(kg·bw) DON group.Compared with the control and 0.15 mg/(kg·bw) DON group,the liver,spleen and kidney coefficient of2.4 mg/(kg·bw) DON group were significantly increased.Histopathology results showed that in 2.4 mg/(kg·bw)DON group,there were white necrotic foci on liver tissue surface with erythrocyte infiltration in the cell interstitial.The kidney swelled obviously,the renal tubule lumen was narrow and the glomerular atrophied.The lymphocytes percentage(LY%) significantly decreased,while the percentage of monocytes(MO%),granulocytes(GR%)and hematocrit(HCT) significantly increased.The ratio of CD4~+ /CD8~+ in spleen of 2.4 mg/(kg·bw)DON group was also significantly decreased compared to the control and 0.15 mg/(kg·bw) DON group.The liver,kidney toxicity of BALB/c mice and immune inhibitory effect were caused in 2.4 mg/(kg·bw) DON group.
