摘  要:
[方法]建立了高效液相色谱测定水产品中氟苯尼考和甲苯咪唑残留量的分析方法。匀浆样品用碱性乙腈水提取,经盐析和乙腈饱和正己烷除脂后离心净化浓缩,采用高效液相色谱法检测,外标法定量。[结果]当空白样品中氟苯尼考添加水平为0.10~1.00 mg/kg、甲苯咪唑为0.01~0.10 mg/kg时与峰面积呈线性关系,相关系数均大于0.99。该方法的回收率为81.2%~102.4%,相对标准偏差为1.2%~7.5%,定量检出限分别为0.10、0.01 mg/kg。[结论]方法简便、快速、重现性好,适于进出口水产品检测分析。

摘  要:
[Methods] The method of simultaneous analysis of florfenicol(FF) and mebendazole(MBZ) residues in aquatic product was developed with high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The sample was extracted with alkalescent acetonitrile water solution,salted out by sodium chloride,degreased by acetonitrile saturated n-hexane and concentrated.The residues were detected by HPLC and quantified with external standard method.[Results] The linear ranges were 0.10-1.00 mg/kg for florfenicol and 0.01-0.10 mg/kg for mebendazole,the correlation coefficients were bigger than 0.99,recoveries were 81.2-102.4%,with relative standard deviations from 1.2-7.5%.The quantificational detection limits were 0.10 mg/kg for florfenicol and 0.01 mg/kg for mebendazole.[Conclusions] The method was convenient,rapid,and reproducible.It was suitable for the detection in aquatic product for import and export.
