怀地黄根际土壤水提物的GC-MS分析

摘  要:
采用GC-MS分析方法,鉴定了怀地黄根际土壤的水提物。结果表明,怀地黄根际土壤含有12种特有的化感物质,它们是邻苯二甲酸正丁酯、邻苯二甲酸异丁酯、邻苯二甲酸二异辛酯、2-甲氧基-5-(1-丙烯基)苯酚、苯丙烯酸、苯甲酸、1-十八醇、1-二十一醇、3-甲氧基-4-羟基苯甲酸、3-甲基-4-羟基苯乙酸、邻苯二甲酸癸基辛酯和邻苯二甲酸异癸基辛酯。

摘  要:
The extracts from rhizosphere soil of Rehmannia glutinosa were analyzed by GC-MS. The results showed that there existed eleven kinds of special allelopathic compounds in the rhizosphere soil of Rehmannia glutinosa, which were Dibutyl Phthalate, 1,2-Benzenedicar-boxylicacid, Bis(2-methylprophyl)ester, 1,2-Benzenedicarboxylic diisooctyl ester,Phenol, 2-methoxy-5-(1-propenyl)-Cinnamic acid,Benzoic acid,1-Octadecanol,1-Heneicosanol Benzoic acid,3-methoxy-4-hydroxy Benzeneacetic,4-hydroxy-3-methyl-1,2-Benzenedicarboxylic isodecyloctyl ester and1,2-Benzenedicarboxylic Decylhecylester.It's necessary to further study which allelopathic compounds play the key roles in the continuous cropping problem of Rehmannia glutinosa.
