蚕丝织物和棉织物的热湿舒适性能分析

摘  要:
为了更好地了解多层天然织物的热湿性能,以蚕丝织物和棉织物为研究对象,以面密度作为归一化指标,对不同面密度(不同层数)蚕丝织物和棉织物的透气率、透湿量和热阻进行测试分析,在此基础上,通过回归分析分别建立织物面密度对透气率、透湿量、热阻的回归模型。结果表明,在测试条件下,织物面密度与透气率和透湿量呈乘幂负相关,与热阻呈线性正相关;相同面密度时,蚕丝织物的透气率和透湿量均大于棉织物;当面密度较小时,蚕丝织物的热阻比棉织物小,随着面密度的增大,蚕丝织物的热阻逐渐优于棉织物,且面密度越大,差异越明显。

摘  要:
To better understand the thermal and moisture properties of multilayer natural fabrics, silk and cotton fabrics were studied and surface density was used as the normalization indicator in this paper. The air permeability, moisture permeability, thermal resistance of silk and cotton fabrics with different surface densities(different layer number) were tested. On this basis, the regression model of fabrics surface density in relation to air permeability, moisture p ̄e ̄r ̄m ̄e ̄a ̄b ̄i ̄lity, and thermal resistance was established by regression analysis. Under the experimental condition, the results show that fabric surface density is negative exponentially related to air permeability and moisture permeability, and has a linear positive correlation with thermal resistance. Silk fabric has better breathability and moisture permeability than cotton fabric when the surface densities are the same. The thermal resistance of silk fabric is lower if the surface density is small. With the increase of surface density, the thermal resistance of silk fabric is gradually better than that of cotton fabric. And the thicker the fabric is, the greater the difference is.
