紫外光引发N,N-二甲基丙烯酰胺接枝蚕丝织物的研究

摘  要:
为了实现工业化生产中对蚕丝织物连续化接枝整理,研究紫外光引发对N,N-二甲基丙烯酰胺(DMAAm)接枝蚕丝织物的共聚合反应的促进作用和对织物性能的影响,以及紫外光引发接枝工艺条件因素对织物接枝增重率的影响。结果表明,紫外光引发DMAAm接枝蚕丝织物3 min时,织物的接枝增重率即达到最大值;接枝增重率随光引发剂浓度的增大而提高;单体浓度增大时,增重率提高,但单体接枝效率降低;工作液pH值对增重率的影响不明显。接枝蚕丝织物的性能表征显示,紫外光照射时间较长会影响织物的白度和断裂强力,但断裂强力可通过接枝DMAAm而得到恢复;接枝增重后的蚕丝织物用活性染料染色的K/S值略有降低,但染色均匀性变化不大。研究结果提示,紫外光引发可加快DMAAm接枝蚕丝织物的共聚合反应速率,但须适当控制紫外光照射时间,以减轻织物白度的下降。

摘  要:
To realize continuous grafting and finishing of silk fabrics in industrial production,in this study,we investigated the effects of UV-initiation on enhancing copolymerization reaction of grafting N,N-dimethyl acrylamide(DMAAm) onto silk fabrics and on improving property of the silk fabrics as well as the impact of UV-initiated grafting technological factors on weight gain of the silk fabrics.The results indicated that weight gain of silk fabrics reached peak value at 3 min after grafting with DMAAm initiated by ultraviolet light.The weight gain of silk fabrics increased with the increase of photo-initiator concentration.The increase of monomer concentration improved the weight gain of silk fabrics but lowered the grafting efficiency of monomer.pH value of working liquid had no significant effect on weight gain.Property characterization of the grafted silk fabrics revealed that long ultraviolet illumination could affect whiteness and breaking strength,but the breaking strength could be recovered by grafting with DMAAm.After the grafted silk fabric was dyed with reactive dyes,the K/S value and weight gain was decreased slightly,while the dyeing evenness did not change obviously.These results suggest that UV-initiation could speed up copolymerization reaction rate of grafting DMAAm onto silk fabrics.Yet,ultraviolet illumination time should be controlled to reduce whiteness loss of the grafted silk fabrics.
