摘  要:
针对蚕丝织物阻燃接枝单体利用率较低,接枝后存在织物耐洗性能差、易泛黄、染色K/S值下降等问题,设计乙烯基含磷阻燃剂(VPFR)和甲基丙烯酰胺(MAAm)的复配接枝体系,研究接枝剂组成及用量对接枝整理蚕丝织物极限氧指数(LOI)的影响,并对整理后蚕丝织物燃烧炭渣的形态、阻燃耐洗性能及织物的染色性能进行观察测试。结果表明:VPFR/MAAm复配接枝体系的单体利用率较高,当接枝率为16%时,织物的LOI已达到30.8%,且织物经50次水洗后的LOI基本不变;以VPFR/MAAm复配接枝对蚕丝织物的白度、染色K/S值影响也较小。该复配接枝体系具有一定的实用性。

摘  要:
To avoid the common shortcomings( e. g. poor washing fastness,yellowing,decline of dyeing K /S value,and low utilization rate of graft monomer) that ordinarily occur to silk fabrics finished with commercial flame retardant agents,a mixture consisting of vinyl phosphorus flame retardant( VPFR) and methyl acrylamide( MAAm) was developed. Then,effects of the mixture dosage and formulation on limiting oxygen index(LOI) of the resulting fabrics were investigated. Moreover,the morphology of combustion carbon residue,the washing fastness and the dyeing property of the finished silk fabrics were observed and measured. The results showed that the VPFR/MAAm mixture had a high utilization rate of graft monomer. When the grafting ratio of silk fabric was at 16%,LOI of the fabric was as high as 30. 8%,which remained almost unchanged even after 50 cycles of washing. Furthermore,grafting with VPFR/MAAm mixture had low influence to whiteness and K /S value of the grafted fabric. Therefore,this grafting mixture is a potential agent for commercial development.
