天然抑菌剂的提取工艺及抗芒果病原菌作用研究

摘  要:
[目的]研究金银花、槐米、广藿香所组成的复方天然药物中抗芒果病原菌成分的提取工艺和抑菌作用。[方法]对金银花、槐米、广藿香提取工艺中的乙醇浓度、提取次数、提取时间、乙醇用量等关键因素采用正交试验进行优化;最低抑菌浓度采用平板扩散法测定。[结果]金银花、槐米、广藿香三者比例为1∶1∶2配伍使用时,抑菌效力最佳;优选的提取工艺参数为:6倍量70%乙醇,回流提取2次,每次30 min;提取物对胶孢炭疽菌和拟茎点霉最低抑菌浓度为6.25 mg/ml,对球二孢菌最低抑菌浓度为12.50 mg/ml。[结论]提取工艺稳定可行,提取物对芒果典型致病菌有较强的抑制作用。

摘  要:
[Objective] The extracting technique of natural anti-bacterial agent resisting to mango mathogen from the natual medicine consisting of Flos Lonicerae,Flos Sophorae Immaturus and Herba Pogostemonis and its activity were researched.[Method] The concentration of ethanol and its amount,the number of extraction and its time in the technique were optimized through the orthogonal experiment and the lowest concentration of anti-bacterial agent in actual operation was tested by means of the plate diffusion method.[Result] The results showed that the best anti-bacteriostasis was available when the ratio of Flos Lonicerae,Flos Sophorae Immaturus and Herba Pogostemonis was 1∶1∶2.The optimal extracting condition was as follows: the reflux-extracting amount of 70%alcohol was 6 times and the number if extraction was twice for 30 minutes/each.The lowest concentration of the inhibition to Colletotrichum gloeosporioides Penz and Phompsis sp was 6.25 mg/ml and to Botryodiplodia sp,12.50 mg/ml.[Conclusion] The extracting technique was stable and feasibleand the extract from the mixture had a strong inhibition effect on typical mango pathogen.
