白腐真菌粗酶液对印染废水的脱色研究

摘  要:
利用黄孢原毛平革菌培养5 d后所得的培养液,高速离心后得到木质素过氧化酶的粗酶液。研究粗酶液对偶氮染料活性翠蓝KGL的脱色能力,得出最佳脱色条件为在最适浓度100μmol/L过氧化氢存在的情况下,粗酶液对活性翠蓝KGL脱色的最适pH值为4.5,最适温度为37℃。

摘  要:
The crude enzyme was obtained by centrifugating the zymotic fluid which was fermented for five days by the white-rot fungus Phanerochaete chrysosporium.The decoloration ability of the crude enzyme to the azo dyes reactive turquoise blue KGL was studied.The best operating condition of decoloration was as follows: the optimum concentration of the H2O2 was 100 μmol/L,the optimum pH value was 4.5,the optimum temperature was 37 ℃.
