蘑菇害虫眼菌蚊(Sciarids)和瘿蚊(Cecid)的药剂筛选与应用

摘  要:
眼菌蚊(Sciarids)与瘿蚊(Cecid)是蘑菇的重要害虫。而迄今,国内对用来防治这种菇床害虫的高效、低毒、低残留农药研究甚少。本文以上海地区双孢蘑菇(Agaricus bisporus)(以下简称蘑菇)上的优势害虫,眼菌蚊科(Sciarids)的厉眼菌蚊(Badysis sp.)和瘿蚊科(Cecid)的蘑菇瘿蚊(Mycophila sp.)为研究材料。筛选农药时幼虫用浸渍法,成虫用药膜法。实验结果表明:新农药25%菊乐合酯1000与2000倍液对这两类幼虫药效为93—100%;对蘑菇菌丝与子实体无药害;施药24小时后,产品中农药残留量已低于FAO/WHO1985年制定的食品卫生最高限量。由此说明该药在菇房条件下消解甚快,可以作为菇房高效、低毒、低残留农药。仅据上海市嘉定与南汇二县的不完全统计,推广面积达77.77万平方米(折合700多万平方尺),平均增产12—30%。

摘  要:
Sciarids and Cecid are main mushroom pests. Researches on the screening and application of high effective, less toxic and less residual pestcides for the control of these pests are still lacked in our country. The materials used in this experiment are Bradysis sp. and MycophiIa sp., which are main pests on mushroom beds of Agaricus bisporus in Shanghai suburbs areas. In screening pestcides, immersion method was used in larvas treatment and impregnated filter paper method in adults treatment. 1000 and 2000 times diluted solution of 25% Fenvalerate and Rogor mixture killed 93—100% larvas of Bradysis sp. and MycophiIa sp. and were nontoxic to the mecelia and fruitbodies of Agaricus bisporus. The pesticide residue amount in mushroom determined 24 hours after application was lower then the upper limit of food sanitation standard fixed by FAO/WHO in 1985. Thus it was found that in conditions of mushroom house this mixture decomposed so fast that it could be considered as a hight effective, less toxic and less residual mixed pesticide. According to an incomplete statistical data, application of this mixed pesticide in mushroom house was extended to an area of 777,777m~2 only in Jiading County and Nanhui County of Shanghai, where average mushroom yield increased by 12—30%.
