摘  要：
选用色谱柱柱前衍生化的方法,采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC-UV)测定水中溴酸盐含量。衍生优化结果表明:方法的回收范围是98%~105%,相对标准偏差符合检测要求;检出限为0.001 mg/L,线性关系好,能够满足现行标准检测要求,值得推广。

摘  要：
In this paper, by the method of chromatographic colum and pre-column derivatization, HPLC-UV was used to determined the content of bromate in water. The results of derivative optimization showed that: The range of recovery rate is98% to 105% by this method, and the RSD conformed to the requirements of the test; Detection limit was 0.001 mg / L, of good linear relation, which could meet the current standard testing requirements and be worth popularizing.
