复合植物精油对肉鸡生产性能、消化酶活性及糖脂代谢的影响

摘  要:
目的:研究复合植物精油对肉鸡生长发育及其养分代谢的影响.方法:选择1日龄AA肉鸡苗240羽,随机分为试验A、B、C、D组共4个组,每组60羽,分别饲喂在基础日粮中添加0、100、200、300 mg/kg的复合植物精油,试验期为42 d.结果:饲粮添加不同剂量植物精油能有效改善1~21日龄肉鸡的日增重、料重比(P<0.05),对采食量影响不明显(P>0.05);对22~42日龄,肉鸡的日增重增加明显(P<0.01),但与对照组相比,肉鸡料重比及采食量影响不显著(P>0.05).添加植物精油显著提高211和42日龄肉鸡十二指肠胰蛋白酶、淀粉酶(P<0.5),但对脂肪酶活性作用不明显(P>0.05).添加植物精油显著(P<0.05)降低了21和42日龄肉鸡TC和TG的含量,对GLU和FFA含量没有明显影响(P>0.05);上调了血清T3、T4和INS水平,降低了血清CORT含量,对血清LEP含量影响较小.结论:日粮中添加植物精油可改善肉鸡生长性能,提高十二指肠蛋白酶、淀粉酶的活性,对肉鸡糖脂代谢产生一定程度的影响,且以日粮中添加100~200 mg/kg植物精油效果较明显.

摘  要:
Objective: To investigate effects of plant essential oil compound additive on the performance and nutrient metabolism of broilers.Methods: 240 1-day-old AA broilers were selected, and randomly divided into 4 groups(A, B, C, D), with 60 broilers in each group.Group A, B, C and D were fed with diary added with 0, 100, 200 and 300 mg/kg plant essential oil compound, respectively. The experiment lasted for 42 d. Results: Plant essential oil compound additive at different dosage effectively improved daily gain and food to gain ratio of 1-21 day old broilers,(P<0.01). It had no significant effect on daily food intake(P>0.05). It obviously increased daily gain of 22-42 day old broilers(P<0.01). But compared with the controlled group. There was insignificant effect on food to gain ratio and daily food intake(P>0.05). Plant essential oil compound addictive could obviously increased trypsin and amylase in duodenum of 21-day-old and 42-day-old broilers(P<0.01). But it didn't have obvious effect on lipase activity(P>0.05). Plant essential oil compound addictive could obviously decreased the content of TC and TG of 21-day-old and 42-day-old broilers, but had no effect on GLU and FFA content(P>0.05). It increased T3,T4 and INS level, and decreased CORT content, but had a little effect on LEP content. Conclusion: Plant essential oil compound addictive effectively improved the performance of broilers, intensify activities of protease and amylase in duodenum, and had effect on glucose and lipid metabolism to a certain extent. The optimum amount is 100-200 mg/kg.
