摘  要:
建立了基质固相分散-高效液相色谱(MSPD-HPLC)法同时测定大蒜中2-甲基-4-氯-苯氧乙酸、2-甲基4-氯-苯氧丙酸、2-甲基-4-氯-苯氧丁酸3种苯氧羧酸类除草剂残留的方法。大蒜样品与基质固相分散介质ODS一起研磨,所得分散体系以水洗去干扰杂质,再用甲醇洗脱得分析液;在反相HPLC上,分析液经ODS柱以乙腈-水(体积比50:50)为流动相洗脱,用紫外检测器(UV)检测,以外标法定量。在0.1、1.0mg/kg添加剂量下,3种苯氧羧酸类除草剂在大蒜中的添加回收率为86.0%~116.0%,相对标准偏差为5.7%~18.2%,最低检测限为0.009~0.018μg/kg。

摘  要:
A method used to simutaniously analyze the residues of herbicides(4-chloro-2-methylphenoxy) acetic acid(MCPA),2-(4-chloro-2-methylphenoxy) propanoic acid(Mecoprop) and 4-(4-chloro-2-methylphenoxy) butanoic acid(MCPB) in garlic was developed.Dispersion of garlic ground with matrix solid phase ODS was first eluted with pure water to remove the impurities,then with methanol to get analyte.The analyte was analyzed with RP-HPLC coupled with a UV detector on a column filled with ODS and eluted with the mixture of water and acetonitrile(50:50,by vol).The recovery range of MCPA,Mecoprop and MCPB was 86.0-116.0% with relative standard deviation of 5.7-18.2%,and their detection limits were between 0.009-0.018 μg/kg at the addition concentration of 0.1 mg/kg and 1.0 mg/kg in garlic.
