摘  要:
基于CAD建立了FSAE"宁远02"赛车的二维三视图模型,获得了前悬架的关键硬点坐标,在ADAMS中建立了前悬架多刚体动力学模型并进行了平行轮跳仿真,通过分析仿真结果,对前轮外倾角、主销后倾角、前束、主销内倾角为优化目标,运用了ADAMS/Insight,采用二水平部分因子实验设计方法,对影响前轮定位参数因素进行灵敏度分析,优化了灵敏度较高的因素。优化后前轮定位参数随轮跳的变化得到了改善,有利于提高整车的操纵稳定性。

摘  要:
2D CAD model of FSAE "NingYuan 02" racing car was designed. The key hard point coordinates of the front suspension was obtained. The multi -body dynamic model of front suspension was established by ADAMS. The parallel wheel jump was simulated. The front wheel, camber angle, kingpin caster, former bunch and kingpin inclination angle of the front suspension were optimized by using ADAMS / Insight. The influence factors of front wheel position parameter sensitivity were analyzed with second level factorial experiment design method. The result shows that the change of front wheel position parameters with the wheel jump were improved, and the steering stability of the racing car was improved.
