FSAE赛车车架轻量化设计及优化

摘  要:
采用有限元分析方法对FSAE(Formula SAE)赛车车架进行轻量化设计优化。在原始FSAE赛车车架进行静力学分析的基础上,总结原结构设计的不合理性,发现其轻量化优化的可能。利用主三角结构内构成辅助三角结构的方式,对发动机舱进行结构优化,使力的传递更合理,结构相比原车架更简洁。通过对主环斜撑末端点的参数化优化以及对其他车架结构的尺寸优化,解决了发动机舱过于紧凑的问题,同时实现车架减重的设计目标。为避免新车架由于共振产生破坏,还对车架进行前六阶的模态分析,保证了车架的安全性。

摘  要:
In this paper,lightweight design optimization of FSAE(Formula SAE) racing frame was carried out by finite element analysis method.Based on static analysis of the original FSAE racing frame,the irrationality of the original structure design was summarized and the possibility of its lightweight optimization was found.The structure of the engine compartment was optimized by using auxiliary triangular structure in the main triangular structure,so that the transmission of the force was more reasonable and the structure was more concise than the original frame.By parameterization optimizing the end point of the support lever of the main ring and size optimization of the frame structure,the problem that the engine compartment was too compact was solved,and the mass of the frame was reduced.In order to avoid damage caused by resonance,the modal analysis of the frame was carried out to ensure safety of the frame.
