FSAE赛车的操纵稳定性仿真及测试

摘  要:
为了提高FSAE赛车的操稳性,应用多体动力学软件ADAMS和车辆操稳性能测试仪对FSAE赛车进行虚拟样机的仿真优化和实车测试。基于改进优化后的线性二自由度汽车模型,对整车中影响车辆操稳性的主要参数进行分析。介绍了整车模型的建模要点,选取悬架的弹簧刚度作为变量参数,开展整车仿真优化和实车测试。试验得出理想车辆载重比为45/55和前后偏频为3.79/3.55,可作为我校FSAE赛车的设计基准值。提出的有关FSAE赛车的操稳性研究方案,能够缩短研发周期和降低研发成本,提高设计研发的安全性。

摘  要:
To improve the FSAE racing car's handling stability, multi-body dynamics software ADAMS and vehicle handling stability tester for FSAE racing car were applied to the simulation and optimization of the virtual prototype and real tests. Based on the improved 2 DOF linear car model, this paper analyzed the main parameters which affect the handling stability of vehicle,introduced the modeling points of vehicle model, selected the suspension spring rate as a variable parameter and carried out the optimization process about the vehicle simulation and real tests. Experimental results state that the vehicle load ratio of 45/55 and ride frequency of around 3.79/3.55 can be our team's design reference value, and the proposed research program related to FSAE racing car's handling stability is possible to shorten the developing cycle and reduce large amounts of costs and improve the security of design and development.
