新铁炮百合离体培养的生理生化变化初探

摘  要:
以离体培养不同时间的新铁炮百合新品种"沈香一号"鳞茎为材料,在MS+6-BA0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L和MS无激素培养基条件下,测定并分析激素对新铁炮百合生理生化特性的影响。结果表明:激素处理的新铁炮再生苗中可溶性蛋白和非可溶性蛋白含量的变化趋势较大,适宜的激素处理能促进可溶性糖和淀粉含量的相互转变,明显增加新铁炮百合组织中过氧化物歧化酶(SOD)含量和降低丙二醛(MDA)含量;在不定芽形成过程中,激素处理可以增强百合分化和脱分化过程中的蛋白和糖代谢,还会提高组织抗逆性。

摘  要:
With new varieties of the Lilium longiflorum Thunb "ShenXiang1" as the experimental material,determined and analyzed the effects of hormones on physiological and biochemical variations of the Lilium longiflorum Thunb,on MS medium added 6-BA 0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L and one without hormone.The results showed that with the hormome treatment of regenerated seedings of the Lilium longiflorum Thunb,the increasing of soluble protein and non-soluble protein content was much bigger.Proper hormome treatment could induce the mutually transformational of soluble sugar and starch content,could induce Malondidehyde(MDA) content and bring down superoxide dismutase(SOD) of the Lilium longiflorum Thunb.In conclusion,hormone treatment could enhance the protein and carbohydrate metabolism in the process of the Lilium longiflorum Thunb differentiation and de-differentiation,and improved organizational resistance.
