新铁炮百合微繁的研究

摘  要:
以新铁炮百合叶片、花瓣、花丝、鳞片和种子为外植体,进行组织培养再生研究。结果表明:不同外植体诱导分化的能力不同,其中种子>鳞片>花丝>花瓣>叶片,诱导率分别为98.27%,95.83%,86.50%,14.63%和11.43%。不同继代培养基对新铁炮离休快繁有显著影响,选用MS作为基本培养基,附加不同浓度的BA和NAA配合成10个组合,并进行随机区组实验,结果表明:MS+BA2mg·L-1+NAA0.2mg·L-1继代繁殖效果最佳,繁殖倍数40d达14~17株苗。不同生根培养基对新铁炮百合继代苗生根影响差异显著,其中以MS不附加任何激素为最佳,生根率为99%,平均每株苗生粗根6.9条。不同移栽基质对新铁炮百合生根苗移栽成活率影响不同,其中以细河沙:草炭(2:1)为最佳,移栽成活率可达92%。

摘  要:
Using the leaves, petals, filaments, scales and seeds as the explant, the regeneration of insure culture of Lilium×longiflorum was studied. The result indicates that the difference of the bud initiation was obvious on the vitro various explant. The seeds, scales and filaments had high frequency of bud-inducing, with 98.27%, 95.83% and 86.54% respectively. According to the test of statistics random block, MS medium supplemented with various combinations of plat grouch regulators effected the sprouting of the bud seedings. MS plus BA 2mg.L-1 and NAA 0.2mg.L-1 are the best of 10 combinations of difference hormone. It produced 14 indefinite bud seedings by 1 and in 30-40 days. MS medium supplemented no hormone Produed the rooting frequency of 99.0% and 6.9 average roots in one indefinite bud seeding. When the rooted seedings were transplanted in the greenhouse, the survival rate reached as high as 92% in the mixed medium of sand and peat (2: 1).
