暗期光间断条件下新铁炮百合的促花研究

摘  要:
在暗期光间断条件下对新铁炮百合顶芽各个分化阶段的时间进行了研究。结果表明:全部新铁炮百合顶芽在处理前10d都处于营养生长期;大部分铁炮百合顶芽分化至花原基分化期、花被分化期、雌雄蕊分化期分别需要经过19、26和31d暗期光间断诱导;花序形成期需要跨度25d的暗期光间断诱导时间。

摘  要:
The time of every bud differentiation stage was observed under night-break condition in Lilium formolongi.The results showed that the bud of all plants kept in undifferentiation phase under 10days night-break,the bud of most plants respectively needed 19,26,31days night-break to differentiate into flower primordium differentiation phase,petal differentiation phase,stamen and pistil differentiation phase.Moreover,the whole inflorescence formation phase of most plants spaned 25days night-break.
