海南产仙人掌的抗糖尿病的化学成分研究

摘  要:
本研究对海南产的仙人掌的抗糖尿病的化学成分进行研究。通过降糖实验发现其有效部位。对有效部位的化学成分进行研究 ,从中分离鉴定了 4 7个化合物 ,其中 9个为新的化合物 ,2 8个为本属植物中首次分离得到的化合物 ,8个为本种植物中首次分离得到的化合物。通过体外抗自由基作用、抗NO释放活性、醛糖还原酶抑制活性实验 ,结果表明黄酮类化合物为其活性成分

摘  要:
The anti-diabetes components of O.Dillenii were studied. 47compounds were isolated and identified from the active fraction of extracts of O.Dillenii. Among them, 9compounds were proved to be new compounds and 28 were firstly reported compounds from this genus. By exploration of their effects on Nitric Oxide generation, Aldose reductase, and β-glucosidase, flavonol type components were tested to be active components for anti-diabetes.
