摘  要:
分析了湍流中的计算流体动力学 (CFD)模型 ,然后用介于 ASM和 RSM之间的一个混和模型 ,对切向分离器中的流场进行了理论计算 ,得出了切向分离器中的流场分布结果。然后用激光多普勒装置试验测试了分离器中的速度分布。根据试验结果 ,评判了分离模型 ,并分析了旋风分离器进口区域附近流场的轴对称性

摘  要:
The computational fluid dynamics (CFD) turbulence models were analyzed and a hybrid of the algebraic stress model (ASM) and a full Reynolds stress model (RSM) was selected to simulate the flowpattern in a cyclone. As results of the simulation, the distribution of the velocity components in the cyclone was obtained. Finally, a Laser Doppler Analyser (LDA) was applied for the measurement of the velocity components in the centrifugal separator. In the light of these experimental results, the separation models and the flow asymmetry in the inlet area of the cyclone were evaluated and analysed, respectively. This study also plays a major role in studying the separation models and the optimal design of the cyclone.
