旋风分离型谷物清选器内流场数值模拟

摘  要:
介绍了一种利用CFD软件-Fluent进行旋风分离型谷物清选器内流场数值模拟的方法,采用雷诺应力模型(RSM)模拟了清选器内部气相流场,展示了清选器流场中对谷物清选影响最重要的模拟结果—压力、速度及其矢量分布。模拟结果分析发现:清选器内部气流的强旋流动,产生壁面附近的高压和低速、中心处的负压和高速,压力和速度的分布对谷物清选的影响是有利的。结果表明,运用CFD技术可以为清选器的改进设计提供可靠的理论依据。

摘  要:
A method about simulating the flow field of cyclone separator for cereal cleaning with Computational Fluid Dynamics software-Fluent is introduced.A Reynolds Stress Model(RSM) is applied for simulating the turbulent flow field of cyclone separator.The main result of simulation of cyclone separator,including pressure field,velocity field and it's vector field,is presented.The results indicate that vortex turbulence flow in cyclone separators lead to high pressure and low velocity close to wall and negative pressure and high velocity at heartland,as a result,the effect on cereal cleaning is positive.The results also show that a credible theory basis is provided for the design of cyclone separator by means of computational fluid dynamics.
