CFD-DEM耦合的旋风式谷物清选装置的模拟研究

摘  要:
为探究入料口速度和排杂口速度对无吊桶式旋风分离器清选性能的影响。采用能较真实反映出气流与颗粒相互作用的CFD-DEM耦合模拟的方法。结果表明入料口速度与排杂口速度对清选性能有着重要影响。为探究两因素对分选性能的交互影响,必须有定量分析结果描述。通过对正交模拟实验数据分析可知,排杂口速度V_2对分选性能的影响要大于入料口速度V_1的影响,且当排杂口速度V_2=24 m/s、入料口速度V_1=2 m/s,此时的损失率与含杂率均为0,分选效率达到最大值31.43%,分选效果最好。

摘  要:
In order to explore the influence of inlet and outlet velocities on the cleaning performance of a bucket-free cyclone separator, a CFD-DEM coupling simulation method was used to simulate the interaction between air flow and particles. The results show that the inlet and outlet velocities have an important influence on the cleaning performance. In order to explore the interaction between the two factors on separation performance, through the analysis of orthogonal simulation experiment data, it can be seen that the effect of impurity removal velocity V_2 on separation performance is greater than that of inlet velocity V_1. When the impurity removal velocity V_2=24 m/s and inlet velocity V_1=2 m/s, the loss rate and impurity content are both 0, and the separation efficiency is achieved. The maximum value is 31.43%, and the sorting effect is the best.
