生物物料颗粒空隙率对其干燥质量的影响

摘  要:
为研究干燥过程中生物物料颗粒结构对质量的影响,在不同的进口风温条件下,利用振动流化床干燥机对由清蛋白、面粉及麦麸构成的具有不同初始体积空隙率的混合物颗粒进行了干燥试验。建立了其干燥动力学及质量降解动力学的数学模型,用于预测热力干燥过程中颗粒结构对产品质量的影响。试验及模拟计算的结果表明:较大的孔隙率会加速水分的扩散,提高干燥速率,从而改善生物物料特别是一些湿敏物料的干燥后质量。

摘  要:
To study the influences of particle structure on quality retention of bio products during thermal drying, the porous particles formed of albumin and solid carriers were dried in a vibro fluidized bed dryer at different inlet air temperatures and different initial bulk porosities. Equations to predict temperature and moisture content of particles as well as the kinetics of biomass degradation were developed. The particle bulk porosity was incorporated into the moisture diffusion model of concentration dependent to estimate the effect of particle structure on product quality. The analysis of both calculated and experimental results indicates that the more porous structure promotes moisture diffusion, increases drying rate and finally improves final quality of bio products.
