早期瘤胃微生物区系发育及其调控

摘  要:
反刍动物瘤胃中存在着大量微生物,为动物维持和生产提供所需能量和营养。通过调节瘤胃微生物区系可提高瘤胃对饲料的利用效率和减少代谢副产物的排放,从而最终提高反刍动物养殖的整体经济效益,同时减少养殖对环境的污染。近年来研究表明,瘤胃微生物区系对幼龄动物的营养代谢和生长发育极为重要。本文旨在综述反刍动物早期瘤胃微生物区系的发育及调控效果,为早期瘤胃微生物区系调控在实际生产中的应用提供参考。

摘  要:
The rumen harbors a great diversity of microorganisms that provide energy and nutrients for both maintenance and production of ruminant animals. Manipulating rumen microbiota could increase feed utilization and decrease metabolic by-products in the rumen,resulting in enhanced economic benefits and reduced pollution in ruminant production. Recent studies showed that rumen microbiota were very important for nutritional metabolism and body development of young ruminant animals. This article reviewed the development and manipulation of early-life rumen microbiota,so as to provide a reference for the application of early-life rumen microbiota manipulation in practical ruminant production.
