干鲜荨麻提取物对小鼠离体小肠运动影响的比较研究

摘  要：
为了比较荨麻干燥处理以及高温提取对其药效学的影响,探究了麻叶荨麻鲜株榨汁制备的鲜汁、干粉水浸制备的干汁以及干粉煮沸后获得的煮汁对小鼠离体小肠运动的影响。结果显示,3种汁均可剂量依赖性促进小肠的运动,其最小有效浓度约为2g/mL,最大有效浓度约为50g/mL。2g/mL的3种汁使小肠收缩张力均较用药前显著增加(P<0.05),且鲜汁和干汁用药后小肠收缩张力均显著高于煮汁(P<0.05)。50g/mL干汁用药后1min内收缩曲线下面积显著高于50g/mL鲜汁,其他两两比较差异均不显著(P>0.05)。试验结果表明高温水煮可影响荨麻在促进胃肠动力方面作用,而干株可替代鲜株作用,提示在制备用于缓解或治疗胃肠动力障碍荨麻药材时,可用干株水浸方法制备。

摘  要：
In order to compare the effect of Urtica cannabina extract from dry processing and high temperature on its pharmcodynamics,the effect of fresh extract,dry extract and boiled extract fromUrticacannabi naon the motility of mouse small intestine was examined in vitro.The results showed that the three kinds of extracts could promote the motility of small intestine,the minimal effective concentration was some0.2%,and the maximum effective concentration was some 5.0%.Three kinds of 2g/mL extracts significantly promoted the contraction tension of small intestine(P<0.05),and the effect of fresh and dry extract on contraction tension of small intestine was significantly stronger than that of boiled extract(P<0.05).The area under the curve within 1min after 50g/mL dry extract treatment was significantly higher than that of fresh extract,and there was no significant difference between the other two treatment(P>0.05).The present results demonstrated that high temperature boiling can reduce the affectivity of the Urtica cannabina on the motility of mouse small intestine,and dry plant can replace fresh plant,indicating that the dry plant can be used as a medicine material to alleviate or treat gastrointestinal motility disorder.
