青海高原麻叶荨麻主要营养物质动态变化研究

摘  要：
对青海高原不同发育时期的麻叶荨麻主要营养物质动态变化进行分析,结果表明,在麻叶荨麻整个生长发育过程中,蛋白质含量和氨基酸总量呈下降趋势,但总体保持较高水平;矿物元素含量呈先下降(6月)后升高(8月)之后迅速下降的趋势;维生素类物质基本上呈下降趋势。因此,可根据荨麻资源开发利用的不同用途,选取适宜的采收时期。

摘  要：
The dynamic variation of main nutrients of Urtica cannabina in Qinghai Plateau were analyzed in order to provide the basis for resource utilization.The results showed that,in the whole growth period of Urtica cannabina,the content of protein and the gross of aminophenol were a downtrend,but retained a relatively high level in total;The content of minerals presented a downtrend in June and then rising in August,significantly descending trend at end.The contend of vitamins basically showed a descending trend.The suitable harvesting period should be selected according to the different development and using of plant resource.
