苯酚硫酸法和高锰酸钾滴定法测定香菇多糖含量的比较

摘  要:
为确定一种比较准确、方便的香菇多糖测定方法,比较了苯酚硫酸法和高锰酸钾滴定法测定香菇多糖含量的差异:两种方法均稳定可行,重现性较好。但苯酚硫酸法测定香菇多糖含量高于高锰酸钾滴定法,苯酚硫酸法不仅灵敏度高,而且回收率也高于高锰酸钾滴定法;高锰酸钾滴定法操作也较繁琐。相对而言,苯酚硫酸法是测定香菇多糖较为理想的方法。

摘  要:
In order to determine a more accurate and convenient method for the content determination of lentinan, the differences between the phenol sulfuric acid and the potassium permanganate titration method for the determination of content of lentinan were compared. The result showed that the determination value of the phenol sulfuric acid method was higher than the potassium permanganate titration method, and that the phenol sulfuric acid method was not only higher in sensitivity,but also was satisfied of restore rate, and that the operation of the potassium permanganate titration method was complicated. The two methods are stable and feasible, with good reproducibility. The phenol sulfuric acid method was more reliable and accurate by comparison,it can be considered as the optimum assay method for the content determination of lentinan.
