复合芽孢杆菌制剂对肉鸡生长性能、盲肠菌群和排泄物氨逸失的影响

摘  要:
本试验旨在研究饲用不同水平复合芽孢杆菌制剂对肉鸡生长性能、盲肠菌群和排泄物氨逸失的影响,并探讨其可能的作用机理.将600只1日龄岭南黄羽肉鸡随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复50只,对照组在基础日粮中添加维吉尼亚霉素和洛克沙胂,试验组分别在基础日粮中添加100、150、200 mg/kg的复合芽孢杆菌制剂(CBG).试验为期50 d.结果表明:与对照组相比,添加100 mg/kg和150 mg/kg复合芽孢杆菌制剂对肉鸡生长性能无显著影响(P>0.05);添加复合芽孢杆菌均显著提高了肉鸡盲肠乳酸杆菌数(P<0.05);150 mg/kg和200 mg/kgCBG肉鸡50日龄盲肠pH显著降低(P<0.05);150 mg/kg CBG显著降低了粪便尿酸含量(P<0.05).复合芽孢杆菌显著降低了肉鸡43日龄粪便pH(P<0.05),有效减少了排泄物氨逸失,且以150 mg/kg CBG氨逸失量最少.由此可见,本试验以150 mg/kg复合芽孢杆菌制剂效果为优.

摘  要:
A Feeding trial was conducted to study the effects of different concentrations of CompositeBacillus sp.(Clostridium butyricum and Bacillus licheniformis,CBG) on growth performance,cecal microflora,and ammonia emission from excreta in broilers,to explore its action mechanism.Six hundred one-day-old Lingnan yellow-feathered broilers were randomly assigned to 4 groups with three replicate pens of 50 broilers each.There were 4 treatments: Control group,fed basal diet supplemented with 20 mg/kg Virginiamycin and 50 mg/kg Rroxarsone;and 3 experimental groups receiving basal diet supplemented with different concentrations of Composite Bacillus sp.(100,150,200 mg/kg,respectively).The experiment lasted for 50 days.The results showed that compared to the control,no significant differences were observed for growth performance after the supplementation of 100 mg/kg and 150 mg/kg Composit e Bacillus sp.(P >0.05).Composite Bacillus sp.had a significantly increasing effect on the populations of Lactobacillus of caecum at d 50(P <0.05).At 50 d of age,the pH value of caecum was significantly decreased after supplementation of 150 mg/kg and 200 mg/kg Composite Bacillus sp.preparation(P<0.05),and the group with 150 mg/ kg CBG got the optimal effect.With the supplementation of 150 mg/kg Composite Bacillus sp.,and uric acid content of its feces and caecum in day 50 was significant decreased(P<0.05).Composite Bacillus sp.significantly decreased the pH value of manure at day 43(P <0.05),and decreased the ammonia emission from excreta effectively,especially a better result happening on 150 mg/kg Composite Bacillus sp.group.Those indicated that Composite Bacillus sp.could regulate the intestinal microflora,decrease pH and the nitrogen content of feces and caecum,thus reduce the ammonia emission from manure.Results demonstrated that 150 mg/kg Composite Bacillus sp.is the best dosage in diets of broilers.
