饲料中添加复合芽孢杆菌对草鱼消化道酶活性及肠道菌群的影响

摘  要:
用含复合芽孢杆菌(105cfu/g饲料,枯草芽孢杆菌和解淀粉芽孢杆菌以1∶1比例混合)的基础日粮,按体重3%的日投饵量,饲喂体重(51.37±0.58)g的草鱼(Ctenopharyngodon idellus),饲养实验45 d。结果表明:与对照组相比,处理组肠道内容物胰蛋白酶活性提高了79.46%(P<0.01);肝胰腺脂肪酶活性提高了16.82%(P<0.01),肝胰腺淀粉酶和胰蛋白酶活性无显著差异(P>0.05)。肠道菌群数量分析显示,处理组肠道芽孢杆菌数均显著提高(P<0.01),弧菌和大肠杆菌数显著降低(P<0.01)。结果提示,饵料中添加复合芽孢杆菌能够改善草鱼肠道菌群组成,并提高消化道特定消化酶活性。

摘  要:
This experiment was conducted to study the effects of dietary Bacillus preparation on digestive enzyme activity and intestinal microflora in Ctenopharyngodon idellus.C.idellus,weighing(51.37±0.58)g,were randomly divided into 2 treatments with 3 replicates and 50 fish for each tank.The control group was fed with basal diet,and treatment group diet was added with 0.1% Bacillus complex(Bacillus subtilis and Bacillus amyloliquefaciens,1∶1).Two groups were fed with feed about 3% fish weight.The feeding trail lasted for 45 days.The results showed that 1.In intestinal,trypsin activity of treatment group increased by 79.46%(P<0.01);2.In hepatopancreas,lipase activity of treatment group increased by 16.82%(P<0.01),but the trypsin and amylase activities were not significantly affected(P>0.05);3.Analysis of intestinal microflora showed that,the number of Bacillus sp.in the intestine of treatment group increased significantly(P<0.01),while the number of E.coli and vibrios decreased significantly(P<0.01).These results indicated that supplementation of Bacillus preparation can increase the digestive enzyme activities in alimentary tract and improve the intestinal microflora composition of C.idellus.
