藤茶γ-氨基丁酸含量测定方法研究

摘  要:
研究适合藤茶中γ-氨基丁酸(γ-aminobutyric acid,GABA)的提取和测定方法,结果表明,利用丙酮和Al Cl3能有效去除藤茶中的色素,采用分光光度法能准确测定藤茶中γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)的含量。对市场上5种藤茶产品中的GABA进行了测定,结果表明,GABA含量最高的为须茶,其GABA含量为0.727 mg/g,含量最低的为雅露,其GABA含量为0.532 mg/g,平均GABA含量为0.635 mg/g。

摘  要:
Methods of extraction and determination used forγ-aminobutyric acid(GABA) in Ampelopsis grossedentata were studied. The results showed that, acetone and Al Cl3 can eliminate the pigments effectively and the spectrophotometry method can determine the GABA content in the ampelopsis grossedentata leaf accurately. The GABA content of five Ampelopsis grossedentata on current market was determined. The results argued that Yalu have the highest GABA content and Xucha have the lowest GABA content. The GABA content in baked leaves varied from 0.532 mg/g to 0.727 mg/g, with an average content of 0.635 mg/g.
