基于浓度分布的聚合物驱流度控制方法

摘  要:
在现有流度控制研究的基础上,结合聚合物质量浓度在空间上的分布规律,对聚合物驱替路径上每一空间点都进行流度控制,形成了更为精确的聚合物驱流度控制方法;建立了考虑对流扩散、吸附和热降解的聚合物质量浓度不稳定渗流数学模型,研究了聚合物质量浓度的空间分布规律,并根据流度控制的思想,计算出驱替路径上每一空间处所需的最小聚合物注入质量浓度并绘制曲线,曲线的最高点即为使得整个注采路径都能进行流度控制的质量浓度最小值;研究了含水饱和度、相渗曲线和剪切速率对最小聚合物注入质量浓度的影响。研究表明,含水饱和度越大,水相相对渗透率越高,剪切速率越大,所需的最小聚合物注入质量浓度越大。同时,通过建立概念模型,验证了理论模型的结果。在室内试验数据的基础上,该方法可精准快捷地进行聚合物流度和注入质量浓度的设计,为经济有效地注入聚合物提供了理论基础。

摘  要:
Based on the existing research on flow control and combined with the spatial distribution of polymer concentration, the flow control of each space point on the polymer flooding path is carried out to form a more accurate polymer flooding control method. The unstable seepage model of polymer considering convective diffusion, adsorption and thermal degradation is established and the spatial distribution of polymer is studied. According to the idea of flow control, the minimum injected polymer mass concentration required for each space on the displacement path is calculated and the curve is drawn. The highest point of the curve is the minimum inject polymer mass concentration that can control the flow of the whole displacement path. The effects of water saturation, phase permeation curve and shear rate are studied. The results show that the larger the water saturation is, the higher the water permeability is, and the larger the shear rate is, the greater the required minimum polymer concentration is. What's more, the conceptual model is established, the result of theoretical model is verified. Thus,based on the experimental data in laboratory, this method can be used for accurately and quickly designing the polymer flow and injection mass concentration, which provides a theoretical basis for the economical and effective injection of polymer flooding.
