摘  要:
改革开放以后,我国经济得到了快速的发展,人们的物质生活水平也得到了极大的提高,因此,对食品行业提出了新的要求。为了满足社会发展的需求,在科研人员不断努力地探索和研究下,保健食品被开发出来,尤其是在保健食品开发的过程中微生物工程有着十分重要的作用。文章针对微生物工程在保健食品开发中的应用进行分析。

After the reform and opening-up policy,the economy develops rapidly and people's material life has been greatly improved,therefore,new requirements for the food industry has been put forward.In order to meet the needs of social development,health food is developed and microbial engineering has a very important role in the development of health food.This paper analyses the application of microbial engineering in the development of health food.
