摘  要：
以培养综合型创造型高素质人才为目标进行微生物工程课程教学改革,从优化教学内容和建立实验与实践教学模式等3个方面,并根据辽宁大学理工科类专业自身的特殊性,系统地阐述微生物工程课程的有效改革和探索,这是笔者十年来教学经验及体会的总结。

摘  要：
In this paper, taking to cultivate integrated, creative and high-quality talents as the goal to do the teaching reform of Microbial Engineering, from 3 aspects of optimizing the teaching content, building the experimental and practical teaching models etc, and according to the professional own particularities of science and technology subjects in Liaoning University, systematically expound the effective reform and exploration of Microbial Engineering course. Which are the author' s teaching experience and experience summary in 10 years.
