小叶丁香挥发油化学成分的研究

摘  要:
[目的]研究小叶丁香挥发油的化学成分。[方法]以采自河南嵩县车村镇的小叶丁香花为试材,采用超临界CO2萃取法萃取小叶丁香挥发油,采用色谱-质谱联用法对其化学成分进行研究。[结果]小叶丁香挥发油经GC-MS分析,共鉴定出29种化合物,占总量的85.332%。小叶丁香挥发油的主要成分有4-羟基-苯乙醇、油酸、棕榈酸、己内酰胺、苯乙醇、顺-氧化芳樟醇等,其中醇类化合物占所鉴定化合物含量的54.533%,酸类占21.413%,酚类占3.560%,酮类占6.346%。[结论]小叶丁香挥发油中含有大量的醇、酸类化合物,而没有其他挥发油中常见的萜类及萜的含氧化合物,表明其有特殊的药用价值。

摘  要:
[Objective] The aim was to study the chemical constituents of volatile oil from Syringa pubescens.[Method] With the flower of S.pubescens collected from Checun Town of Song Country in Henan Province as tested material,the volatile oil of S.pubescens was extracted by supercritical CO2 extraction and its chemical constituents were studied by chromatography-mass spectrometry method.[Result] 29 kinds of compounds were identified from the volatile oil of S.pubescens through GC-MS analysis,which accounted for 85.332% of the gross.The main constituents of S.pubescens volatile oil were 4-hydroxy-benzeneethanol,oleic acid, palmitic acid,caprolactam,phenylethyl alcohol and cis-linalool oxide.Among them,the alcohol compound content accounted for 54.533% of the identified compound content,acid compounds accounted for 21.413%,phenolic compounds 3.560% and ketone compounds 6.346%.[Conclusion] S.pubescens volatile oil contained a great deal of alcohol compounds and acid compounds,but no common terpene compounds and oxygenated compounds of terpene in other volatile oil,which showed that it had special medicinal value.
