采用便携式拉曼光谱仪测定白酒中乙醇含量

摘  要:
采用便携式拉曼光谱仪对白酒中的乙醇含量进行直接测定,比较采用单波数、单峰区间和多个特征峰区间的不同模型预测结果。结果表明,采用800~1150cm-1区间建立模型预测结果最佳。校正均方根误差(RMSEC)为0.4537,预测均方根误差(RMSEP)为0.5575。采用便携式拉曼光谱仪可以实现白酒中乙醇含量的快速无损测定。

摘  要:
In this work, Raman spectroscopy was used to determine the content of alcohol in white wine. Different models were established based on single variable, single peak region or several peak regions. The results indicated that the model established based on 800–1150 cm-1 region was the best one. The RMSEC(root mean square error of calibration) and RMSEP(root mean square error of prediction) was 0.4537 and 0.5575, respectively. These results showed that a quick and non-destructive approach to the determination of alcohol content in white wine could be realized by using portable Raman spectrometer.
