山东省沿海地区风暴潮灾害的脆弱性分析

摘  要：
山东省沿海地区风暴潮灾害的脆弱性会因各地区社会和经济水平不同呈现一定差异性。本文在明晰风暴潮灾害脆弱性定义乊后,建立了关于风暴潮灾害脆弱性评价的指标体系,分别使用层次分析法和熵值法测算各地区风暴潮灾害的脆弱性得分,幵对两种方法下测算结果迚行Kendall一致性检验。研究结果表明,两种方法下的测算结果具有较高一致性,威海、烟台脆弱性得分较高,潍坊、青岛的脆弱性得分相对较低。最后,在分析影响各市脆弱性得分差异的基础上,提出了降低风暴潮灾害脆弱性的应对对策。

摘  要：
As the differences of regional social environment an d economic level to the present, storm surge disaster vulnerability is very different between coastal areas of Shandong Province. The paper firstly gives a define of the storm surge disaster vulnerability, then establishes an evaluation index system of the storm surge vulnerability, us ing the analytic hierarchy process and entropy value method to calculate the scores of storm surge disaster vulnerability, then uses the Kendall consistency test to check the results. It shows that the measuring results has a high consistency under the two methods, the scores of Weihai and Yantai city, relatively higher, Weifang and Qingdao, relatively lower. Finally, based on the analysis of the factors influencing the vulnerability scores between cities, this thesis puts forward some countermeasures to r educe the vulnerability of the storm surge disaster.
