光叶楮嫩枝扦插繁殖技术研究

摘  要:
光叶楮扦插试验表明,在全光照自动间歇喷雾条件下,其插条生根率及生根质量因植物生长调节剂IBA的质量浓度、基质的种类及插穗的粗度而有明显差异。6月至9月,用600 mg/L IBA处理中等粗度插条30 s,并将其扦插于沙∶砻糠灰∶珍珠岩=1∶1∶1(体积比)混合基质中,30 d成活率可达90%。

摘  要:
The experiment of cottage with young twigs for Broussonetia papyrifera.The results showed that there were sinificant difference of rooting percentage and quality among different IBA concentration,medium types and diameter and length of cuttage twigs.The survival rate could be over 90% after 30 d,when the moderate cuttage twigs in diameter and length were treated by 600 mg/L IBA for 30 s and then cutted into the medium comprised of Sand: chaff ash: pearlite 1∶1∶1(v/v) from June to September.
