光叶楮侧芽组培快速繁殖技术研究

摘  要:
通过对光叶楮侧芽的离体培养和快速繁殖试验,探讨了光叶楮侧芽诱导、分化、不定芽生长分化、快速繁殖及生根的最佳培养条件。同时,还对光叶楮枝条灭菌条件、培养过程中防止玻璃化等问题进行了比较试验。结果表明:适宜光叶楮侧芽诱导的培养基为MS+6-BA2.0mg·L-1+NAA0.5mg·L-1,诱导分化率为80%;适宜不定芽诱导及继代培养的培养基为MS+6-BA1.0mg·L-1+NAA0.5mg·L-1,不定芽分化率为70%,继代倍数达6-7倍;适宜壮苗的培养基为MS+6-BA0.5mg·L-1+NAA0.5mg·L-1;适宜生根的培养基为1/2 MS+IBA 1.0 mg·L-1,生根率达100%;适宜壮苗生根同时进行的培养基为MS+6-BA0.05mg·L-1+NAA 0.5 mg·L-1,生根率达100%。

摘  要:
Through tissue culture and rapid propagation of lateral bud of Broussonetia. papyrifera (L)Vent,it studied on the suitable culture condition of inducation and differentiation of the lateral bud, the growth and differentiation of adventitious bud, rapid propagation and rootage. Meanwhile, study on the sterilization condition and the way to prevent vitrifiation of Broussonetia papyrifera (L)Vent. The result showed that the most suitable medium for inducation of the lateral bud was MS+ 6-BA2.0mg/L+NAA0.5mg/L, the inducation rate was 80%. the most suitable medium for inducation of adventitious bud and continue propagation was MS+6-BA1.0mg/L+NAA0.5mg/L, the differentiation rate of adventitious bud is 70%. Multiplication rate was 6-7. the suitable medium for young plant grown was MS+6-BA0.5mg/L+NAA0.5mg/L. the suitable medium for rootage was MS+IBA1.0 mg/L, the rootage rate was 100%. the suitable medium for young plant grown and rootage at same time was MS+6-BA0.05mg/L+NAA0.5mg/L, the rootage rate was 100%.
