播前施用氟乐灵对棉花苗期病害及蕾期枯萎病的影响

摘  要:
田间试验在棉花苗病和枯萎病常年发病田进行。以175ml 48%氟乐灵乳油/666.7m~2的剂量处理苗床地表土,播种棉籽后以含氟乐灵(1.0—1.5mg有效成分/kg土)的土壤覆盖。以清水处理为对照。结果表明:氟乐灵处理组的出苗率高于对照,苗前死亡率比对照降低52.91%—79.80%。处理组苗床期立枯病和猝倒病的发病率及死苗率显著降低,分别下降30%和42%左右;棉苗枯萎病的发病率及病情指数明显低于对照,分别下降43.97%—84.50%和55.30%—87.14%。但是,处理组苗床炭疽病发病率与对照相似;苗床红腐病发病率则显著高于对照,增加42%左右。移栽大田后,现蕾初期调查,氟乐灵处理组的枯萎病发病率和病情指数均显著低于对照,降低65%以上。

摘  要:
The effect of presowing treatment with herbicide trifluralin on cotton seedling diseases and Fusarium wilt was studied in the field naturally infected with the pathogens. Trifluralin was incorporated into soil of seedling bed at the rate of 2625ml 48% emulsion per ha. After sowing,the seeds were covered by soil containing trifluralin at 1. 0-1. 5 mg a. i/kg soil. Survey at seedling stage indicated that the emergence rate of trifluralin-treated groups was higher than that of the untreated ones, because the treated groups showing lower pre-emergence death rate . The trifluralin treatment significantly reduced the incidence of damping-off caused by Pythium aphanidermatum and soreshin caused by Rhizoctonia solani, and also markedly suppressed the incidence and severity of Fusarium wilt caused by Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. vasinfectum. However, the incidence of anthracnose caused by Colletotrichum gossypii in the treated groups was similar to that of untreated ones, whereas the treatment significantly increased the incidence of Fusarium seedling rot caused by Fusarium moniliforme. After transplanted to the field, the treated seedlings shown much lower incidence and severity of Fusarium wilt at squaring stage than untreated ones.
