基于声发射技术的外圆切入磨削阶段砂轮的特征参数研究

摘  要:
外圆切入磨削加工效率较高,所以经常会引起砂轮钝化问题,砂轮状态影响着磨削加工效率和工件质量。因此,提出了一种基于声发射技术的外圆切入磨削阶段砂轮监测模型,该模型通过提取磨削加工过程中有关砂轮状态的声发射信号,利用时间常数,实现砂轮分别在粗磨和平磨状态下的在线智能监测,并从实际的声发射信号和工艺参数与结果的对应关系得出了具体的特征提取策略。

摘  要:
Due to the high efficiency of cylindrical grinding, the grinding wheel is often passivated, grinding wheel status affects the efficiency of grinding and workpiece quality. Therefore, a grinding wheel monitoring system based on acoustic emission is put forward. This model can realize on-line intelligent monitoring of the grinding wheel in coarse grinding and flat grinding respectively by extracting acoustic emission signals about grinding wheel status during grinding process and using time constants. From actual acoustic emission signals and process parameters and results, the corresponding feature extraction strategy is obtained.
