蚕豆根尖细胞微核技术监测湛河水质状况

摘  要:
利用蚕豆根尖细胞微核技术监测湛河水质污染状况,测定各样点水样中蚕豆根尖细胞的微核千分率及污染指数,并进行F检验。结果表明,3~5月湛河水体受污染程度有所增加,沿岸水体污染状况逐渐加重,需加强水质治理工作。

摘  要:
The water pollution of Zhanhe river was monitored by micronucleus technique of root tip cell of broad bean and the micronucleus permillage and pollution index of root tip cell of broad bean in water samples from various sampling sites were determined for F test.The results showed that the polluted degree of water body in Zhanhe river got some increment in Mar.~May,the pollution state of water body in beach area was aggravated gradually and the control of water quality needed to be enhanced.
