油茶皂苷的几种粗提工艺比较

摘  要:
比较了几种常见的提取油茶皂苷的工艺,并对得出的较优的提取工艺做了进一步的探讨。研究表明,水提法和醇提法都可作为油茶皂苷的粗提工艺,提取过程中可根据需要适当调节提取液的pH值,来提高所得产品的得率或纯度。

摘  要:
The extraction methods of tea saponin were studied and two methods suitable to producing tea saponin were filtered. At the same time its technical parameters were optimized. The results shows,the water and the Alcohol Extracting methods both are the feasible. Through adjusting the pH of the distilling liquid, the ratio of yield and purity of tea saponin could be raised.
