薏苡仁营养成分齐全,是我国传统的药食两用保健食品,具有活血化瘀、抗炎镇痛等药用功效,同时还有很好的美容减肥功效。薏苡仁具有很高的开发利用价值。我国薏仁资源丰富,薏仁深加工产品欠缺。充分利用薏仁的资源、加大薏苡仁的开发利用,可以满足现代人们生活需求,丰富我国食品市场。

摘  要:
The nutrition of adlay seed is rich,and it's Chinese traditional medicine and health food.The adlay seed has the medicinal efficacy of promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis,ianti-inflammatory analgesic,and also has the effect of hairdressing and reducing weight.Adlay seed has very high value of exploitation and utilization.The adlay seed resources are rich in China,but the adlay seed product are lack.We should make full use of the resources of adlay seed,strengthen the development and utilization,which can satify the demand of modern people's life and enrich food market in our country.
