薏苡仁提取油的成分分析

摘  要:
[目的]比较3家不同企业的薏苡仁提取油的成分差异。[方法]将3家企业的薏苡仁分别用正己烷提取,对提取物进行气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)分析,并采用峰面积归一化法测定相对含量。[结果]不同企业薏苡仁提取油中共鉴定出48种成分,其中有10种成分是3种薏苡仁所共有,其中5种酸类、3种醛类、1种酯类、1种烷类,相同成分占总成分的89.50%~97.81%。[结论]不同企业的薏苡仁提取油成分差异较小,主要成分是油酸和棕榈酸。

摘  要:
[Objective] The component differences of Coix seed extract oil from three enterprises were compared.[Method] Coix seed was extracted with n-hexane,the extracts were analyzed by GC-MS method,and the relative content was determined by peak area normalization method.[Result] Totally 48 components were identified,of which there are 10 components of three kinds of Coix seed have in common.Five kinds of acids,3 kinds of aldehydes,1 kind of esters,1 kind of alkanes,the same components accounted for 89.50%-97.81% of total components.[Conclusion] The component difference of Coix seed extract oil from three enterprises is small,the main components are oleic acid and palmitic acid.
