小鹅瘟病毒卵黄抗体被动免疫期研究

摘  要:
本实验取3批实验室试制的卵黄抗体,琼扩效价为1∶16,按0.5 m L/只接种1、3日龄易感雏鹅,分别在注射抗体后1、3、5和7日攻毒,观察攻毒保护情况。结果显示:1日龄雏鹅注射抗体后1日攻毒保护率为96.67%,3日攻毒保护率为100%,5日攻毒保护率为86.67%,7日攻毒保护率为76.67%;3日龄雏鹅注射抗体后1日攻毒保护率为100%,3日攻毒保护率为96.67%,5日攻毒保护率为86.67%,7日攻毒保护率为80%。以免疫攻毒保护率不低于80%为标准,本研究确定小鹅瘟病毒卵黄抗体的被动免疫保护期为5日,随着时间的延长,保护作用逐渐减弱。

摘  要:
3 batches of the goose parvovirus yolk antibodies were produced in laboratory with the titer of AGAR diffusion test 1:16. The experiment groups were injected with 0.5ml goose parvovirus yolk antibodies for goslings that were 1 and 3 days of age. After 1、3、5 and 7 days, the experiment groups and the control groups were both attacked with goose parvovirus. The results showed that for 1 day goslings, the virus attack protection was 96.67% after 1 day, it was 100% after 3 days, it was 86.67% after 5 days, it was 76.67% after 7 days; and for 3 days goslings, the virus attack protection was 100% after 1 day, it was 96.67% after 3 days, it was 86.67% after 5 days, it was 80% after7 days. In case of protective rate more than 80%, the research was determined that passive immunity period of goose parvovirus yolk antibodies was five days. As the extension of time, the protection of goslings was weakened.
