小鹅瘟病毒卵黄抗体田间试验

摘  要:
在完成小鹅瘟病毒卵黄抗体实验室研究的基础上,于2015年中间试制5批卵黄抗体,经检验合格后,分别在3个鹅场,总计21 600只雏鹅进行了田间试验。结果表明,在实验观察期内,未发生小鹅瘟病毒感染,且无任何不良方应,3个鹅场的免疫组在生产性能方面与非免疫雏鹅均无显著差异;免疫攻毒组雏鹅攻毒保护率为98%。证明研制的小鹅瘟病毒卵黄抗体安全、有效。

摘  要:
Under the laboratory research of the goose parvovirus yolk antibodies, five groups of yolk antibodies were produced in 2015. The yolk antibodies was examined. After the assay was approved, the yolk antibodies was used in three Goose fields(about 20 600 young gooses). The results showed that the young gooses did not infect the Goose Parvovirus and no side effects were observed.There was no significant difference in the reproductive function between the treatment group and the control group. The protective rate was 98% for vaccinated-challenged young gooses. Thus, the goose parvovirus yolk antibodies could be used safely and effectively.
