犬冠状病毒的分离及鉴定

摘  要:
为有效防治犬冠状病毒病,促进养犬业的健康发展。从疑似犬冠状病毒(CCV)症状病犬粪便中分离出1株病毒,从形态学、理化学、生物学等方面对该病毒进行了鉴定。细胞培养证实该病毒有致细胞病变效应。物理化学鉴定表明该分离病毒核酸类型为RNA,有囊膜,对氯仿和乙醚敏感,对1%胰蛋白酶不敏感,耐酸性较强,具有一定的耐热性,最高耐受限是50℃,无血凝性和红细胞吸附特性,符合犬冠状病毒的特点。中和试验进一步证明该分离病毒是一种犬冠状病毒;牧羊犬接种1 d后就出现了临床症状,所有攻毒犬扑杀后都有肠以及肠系膜淋巴结病变。该分离病毒是一种RNA病毒,可以引起试验犬出现典型犬冠状病毒病症状,是犬冠状病毒。

摘  要:
The aim of the research was to control canine coronavirus disease effectively and promote the development of canine farming healthily. A strain of virus was isolated from diseased canine fecal samples with canine coronavirus symptoms and this virus was identified on morphology,physics and chemistry and biology.Cell culture showed that this virus had a cytopathogenic effect.Physical and chemical identification showed that the isolated virus had nuclear acid type of RNA and envelope with sensitivity to chloroform and aether and without sensitivity to 1% trypsinase.It had stronger acid-resistance,certain heat-resistance with the highest temperature of 50 ℃ and no hemagglutination and erythrocyte adsorption property.All of these characteristics accorded with the characteristics of canine coronavirus.Neutralization test also proved that this virus was a kind of canine coronavirus.Shepherd dog appeared some clinical symptoms after inoculation for 1 d and all infected dogs had pathological changes of intestines and mesenteric lymph node.The isolated virus was a kind of RNA virus and could cause typical canine coronavirus disease symptom of tested dog.So it was identified as canine coronavirus.
