摘  要：
随着网络信息技术的飞速发展,各种"微"媒体在大学生中广泛流行,迅速占领高校舆论"微阵地",中国社会逐步进入"微时代"。从界定"微时代"内涵特征入手,进一步分析"微时代"给高校德育工作带来的机遇与挑战,提出微时代高校德育工作的相应对策,即占领高校德育"微"阵地,培养高素质德育工作者,尊重学生的主体地位。

摘  要：
With the rapid development of network information technology, a variety of "micro" media becomes popular among college students. This paper makes an analysis on the opportunities and challenges of moral education in "micro" era. Then the author puts forward the strategies of moral education, which has the following characters: making good use of "micro", cultivating high-quality workers of moral education and highly respect students' subject status.
