在信息内容图像化、信息互动性强的"微"时代,公共图书馆仅仅作为信息中心无法满足大众多层次的文化需求。从"微"时代公众阅读特点入手,从知识的发现、知识转变为服务、服务的实现三个方面提出公共图书馆知识服务构想,更好地满足微时代背景下公众信息需求。

摘  要：
In micro-era of information with high visualization and interaction, public library, as the information center, can' t meet needs of the public with multi-level culture. This paper proceeds from the public reading characteristic in ‘micro' era, from the knowledge discovery, the transformation into services, and the realization of the service, to put forward the knowledge service conception of public library to better satisfy with the demand of public information under the background of micro era.
